Only the data you enter yourself in the contact form or in an email (name, email address, phone and your message), for one purpose: to answer your question and, if you wish, send a quote or carry out the assignment. The legal basis is your consent and, for an assignment, the performance of the contract.

How long

As long as needed to help you, and afterwards only as long as the law requires (for example for invoices).

With whom

No one, except the service that forwards the form messages and the hosting provider, who only act on my behalf. For a call booked through Calendly, Calendly’s terms apply.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to info@sparklecreative.nl. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es).

Cookies

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools, which is why you won’t see a cookie banner. The links to Instagram, Facebook and Calendly open their own websites, with their own policies.
